David Humphrey's paintings and sculptures have been exhibited widely, including solo exhibitions at Sikkema Jenkins & Co. and Triple Candie in New York, Solomon Projects in Atlanta, Fredric Snitzer Gallery in Miami, and Zolla/Lieberman Gallery in Chicago. His work has been reviewed in The New York Times, Artnet, Art in America, ARTnews, Artforum, and Flash Art. His art is included in many public collections throughout the United States, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Walker Art Center, and the Museum of Fine Art, Boston. Humphrey has received fellowships from The National Endowment for the Arts and the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. He has curated many notable exhibitions in New York, including Life and Limb at Kinz, Tillou + Feigen.
